About

About Me

I am a Manhattan based licensed psychologist with over 20-years of extensive clinical practice.

I successfully help individuals and couples to cope with life's challenges, whether they are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Adjustments to environmental or cultural demands, or dealing with complexities of relationships.

I am also an Associate Professor with dozens of publications, nationally recognized for my contributions to the development of new treatments to the improvement of psychotherapy.

My therapy work emphasizes the importance of a sensitive and empathetic understanding of the problems that bring each individual into treatment.

I work collaboratively and respectfully with my clients, tailoring counseling to their specific needs and their goals in life.
